CONDITIONS OF USE
How to place an order
Placing an order on our website is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Click on the image of the arrangement you wish to purchase.
- A new page will open with an enlarged photo of the product. Select “Add to Cart.”
- You may continue shopping or click “Checkout.”
- Fill out the form with your information and the recipient’s details.
- Choose your preferred payment method and click “Continue.”
- A confirmation page will appear. If all the information is correct, click “Continue” to complete your order.
A few seconds after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you choose to pay by deposit or bank transfer, please use the following account:

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please review the following conditions before placing your order.
Store Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed.
Delivery Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
For deliveries outside these hours, please contact us to confirm the additional fee.
Delivery Rates (starting at):
- Puerto Vallarta: $75.00 MXN
- Nuevo Vallarta: $450.00 MXN
- National Delivery: $650.00 MXN
- International Delivery: $1,000.00 MXN
Applies within regular delivery hours and with a minimum purchase of $500.00 MXN.
For deliveries outside regular hours, please request special rates.
Same‑Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. for same‑day delivery.
Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next business day.
Urgent deliveries are available for an additional fee.
If the recipient is unavailable
If the recipient is not present, the arrangement may be left with someone at the address or a nearby contact.
If delivery cannot be completed, an additional fee will apply for a second attempt.
Product variations
Flower colors, varieties, and bases may vary depending on availability, always maintaining the quality and style of the design.
For specific flowers or colors, please notify us at least one day in advance.
Pricing
All prices are in Mexican Pesos and do not include VAT.
Delivery fees vary depending on the destination, including national and international shipments.
Order modifications
To request changes to your order, please contact the branch where it was placed.
Special dates
For dates such as February 14th and Mother’s Day, orders must be placed at least two days in advance.
Deliveries will be made within our regular delivery hours, without the option to select a specific time due to high demand.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, the customer accepts these delivery policies and conditions.
Any situation not covered here will be resolved by the administrative department of Eder Flores Luxury Flowers, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Delivery times are approximate due to external factors such as traffic, road work, demonstrations, or blockages.
National & International Orders
- National orders: place at least 48 hours in advance.
- International orders: place at least 72 hours in advance.
Both are subject to quotation, availability, and seasonal price variations.
Special products
Stuffed animals, balloons, and chocolates are subject to availability.
Flower availability
- Out‑of‑season flowers will be replaced with similar varieties of equal quality.
- If the requested rose color is unavailable, red roses will be used as a substitute.
- Other flowers will be replaced with similar options in shape and color.
Complaints
Quality-related complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns must be processed within the same month and within a maximum of 15 days.

Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
Date changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.
